Join Jonni-Lyn in this Japa meditation using the mantra "Om Namah Shivaya". This mantra is chanted to Shiva, who is The Lord of Destruction. Without endings there cannot be beginnings, so we honor the endings and change as well as the beginnings. Namah Shivaya has many translations but a common one is "O salutations to the auspicious one!". Note: Mala beads are optional for this practice.
